We endeavor to ship UK orders within 3 working days upon receipt of order, unless the shipping information on the item specifies otherwise. Your order status can be checked on the 'order status' button on your account page.

For all UK orders over £350 shipping will be free, for orders below £350 costs will vary depending on item size. For any more information regarding our shipping costs don't hesitate to contact us on info@starsofsport.co.uk

A signature will be required on receipt so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address entered when ordering.

Items are sent via courier for all framed goods, and Royal Mail Special Delivery for all unframed items.

Returns and refunds
Assuming the item is returned to the Stars of Sport head office in a resale able condition within 7 days of the original date the item was received, Stars of Sport will either offer a replacement, credit note or refund. This is at the discretion of Stars of Sport. This excludes any bespoke or specially commissioned items.

Please note the delivery cost and any damage occurred during transit or in the buyers possession will be deducted from the final refund amount. You will be advised of any costs prior to the refund.
We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 30 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you. You are responsible for the return shipping cost to us.
